spacious house, great location, amenities everything we could think of was available, hot tub was clean and big. Unfortunately, it was very windy for a couple days of our stay and the hot tub was struggling to keep the water warm.

Windows could be little more cleaner as it was difficult to enjoy scenery because of built up limescale. But we took care of that issue by using the squidgy the hosts had provided us with all the amenities.

Everything was great

If I had to pick one negative aspect it would only be that the photos don't show the close proximity of the busy main road in from of the house.The photos give the impression its on the grass above the beach but absolutely no other negatives at all.

location was perfect and beautiful beach nearby. property is clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helpful. Easy to reach to the Brighton pier via bus. The facilities at this property is like a 5 ⭐️ hotel. Definitely coming back.
