Size is amazing

The bath didnt work, no have wi-fi avaiable, the shower hot water and freezing water turn between them. Not mixing as how you program on tap.

The property is easy to reach from Catania centre. It’s very comfortable and clean.

Nothing really. I wish the hub was working properly. But it’s all good because is not included in the price.

Location, cleanliness, space.

Host did not meet us and, as such, we were not informed the microwave did not work, stovetop did not work, couldn’t figure out the coffee machine or T.V. Only gained entrance because of a neighbour in the building who contacted her and got the code for the lockbox which held the key. She did not inform the neighbour she was in hospital. Host met us on the stairs to the apartment at 10:00 as were leaving, stating she had been in the hospital but, was now demanding our papers and €8 tax. The host had been informed we could only communicate via email, as we did not have a cell phone but, she continued to send messages. We sent several emails advising of our approximate time of arrival but, she said she never received them.

It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located between the train station and main streets.

It was very difficult to get into the property as no information was provided before we arrived. You need to be able to call the host or his brother for the entry code. The bath was broken.

Good location, 10 minutes walk far from main train Station in Catania (Centrale) where also shuttle bus from/to airport stops. Also is near city center (10-15 minutes walk). Apartment is clean and has AC. It is necessary in the summertime.

Kitchen has very poor equipment (e.g. only 1 fork, not a single sharp knife). There is coffee machine but without coffee capsules/pods. The owner told me to buy own coffee pods. But I was there for 3 days and the store only sold boxes with 18+ refills. Thank god there are coffee shops everywhere. But you know it, coffee "at home" would be nice in the morning. We were also unlucky during our 3-days visit because internet connection didn't work and water heater broke down. So we had 1,5 day just cold water in the shower. The owner is not very helpful with problems in the apartment

Good location, big and clean apartment, pleasant and helpful host... My recommendation

The apartment was big with a good location near the center and stops.

I didn't like that in 7 days there was no hot water 4/5 days, 1 pair of towels for a whole week, no one came to clean and there were no cleaning products either the mattress has deformation and is not comfortable to sleep at all, in the morning you wake up with back pain. Also the neighbors are not good, strange noises are heard from something like a compressor and the yard is a bit scary
