Das freundliche Personal; wir haben den Adapter und das Ladekabel vergessen und holten es am nächsten Tag ab. Sie luden uns zu einem warmen Getränk ein, während wir in der Gaststube warteten, bis wir das Handy aufgeladen haben. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Excellent staff. They were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It seemed that no matter what anyone’s role was they were more than happy to help. We did not have a meal but everything we observed concerning the food was excellent.

This is a difficult one as different people prefer different firmness of mattress. The mattress was very firm and so even though my son slept, I barely slept at all.

This place is so dilapidated. The carpet is filthy. The mattress feels old. The facilities ancient. £90?????? Never again

Not a lot

Lovely pub but it’s a hell hole upstairs, Filthy and unloved, I didn’t even use the shower as it looked so grim. Bathroom fan made noises like a they were digging up the road outside. Staff great and pub gorgeous but I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to stay here particularly when it’s £100 without any breaky

A great location in a lovely village of Harpenden with nice staff.

The shower is seriously unsuitable for most people,it is too high off the ground and very difficult to get in and out of.An accident waiting to happen!Also the bedroom door was very stiff and difficult to open.
