"Schlecht bis auf Lage und Parkplatz"

Gut waren tatsächlich nur die Lage und der Parkplatz.

Wohnung Nr. 57 wirkt ungepflegt und verwohnt. Sehr, sehr steile Treppe, für Kinder und Ältere nicht begehbar. Handlauf klebrig. Balkontür nicht abschließbar (direkt gemeldet, leider keine Reaktion des Vermieters während Aufenthalt)! Das kleiner Schlafzimmer ist winzig, Bett steht direkt unter Fenster, bei geöffnetem Flügel hängt dieser über der Matratze, nur eine Garderobenleiste-wenn man dort Bügel dranhängt, kann man sich nur noch "vorbeidrücken". Im oberen Bad wandhohe Spanplatte vor Toilette, die nur von Fußleiste und Toilettenpapierregal gehalten wird, Sitzen auf WC nur schräg möglich. Reinigung oberflächlich.
