Very close to the Centre and all walkable. Nice to get an extra bed in the livingroom for the snoring person i travelled with.
Sometimes the upstairs neighbours were loud in the evening. There could be a small pan extra if one wants to coock there.

La struttura era molto accogliente e pulita, è stato perfetto per una fuga di qualche giorno. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma perfetto per coppie o singoli, con tutto il necessario per passare un ottimo soggiorno. Si percepisce la cura degli host verso questo appartamento, se dovessi ricapitare in zona ci soggiornerò nuovamente volentieri.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage um Parma zu erkunden. Die Innenstadt mit Ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür. Eine kleine Bäckerei (mit sehr leckeren Cornetto) ist in derselben Straße, ein größerer Supermarkt ist ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Der kontaktlose Check-in klappte problemlos. Das Parkhaus war keine 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Und liegt außerhalb der City Zone. Wichtig ist darauf zu achten, dass man nicht aus Versehen mit dem Auto in die kostenpflichtige City Zone fährt. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

I have to say the Apartment was one of the best I've stayed in Parma , From the location just 10 min stroll to both the train station and the centre of town . Lots and lots of Restaurants and shops on the doorstep. I also used the bar at the Novohotel Hotel which was 10 mins stroll away . Lovely bar as well. The apartment had all the luxuries of home . Great shower and a King size bed . I honestly cant fault this apartment. Francesca has thought of everything thats required and needed in an apartment. Even down to a stainless steel shelf within the shower to hold shampoo and shower jels etc . I can't recommend this apartment enough.
I can't fault anything. Great time had . 🤚😊🇮🇹🇮🇪
