Water was not hot enough.
Cleanliness of the room, the amount of space, proximity to dining/shopping.
Customer service is hard to talk to. Finding information about parking is extremely hardful had to pay and park a block away for another $24 dollars one day but actually had to call the parking lot company since no one here knew how it works. Worst case the bed was broken wife slept on the couch me on the floor have not even received an email or text from emergency customer service to send photos and get a refund so far very bad experience
I have stayed at many hotel apartments and this one is by far the best. The service, the level of luxury, the furnishing, and the accommodations were top tier. I want to return for a long term stay.
USThe apartment complex is beautiful, the location is good.
We had to pay 30 dollars every day for parking. There was a coffee machine that gives 30 free coffees per month but we were not allowed to have it so we paid for the coffee every day which is fine but for the daily price I could have stayed in a nice hotel too with free parking and free breakfast every day.

USWhile the accommodations itself was fine, the checkin process was a complete disaster, from start to finish - including the “24 hour concierge” being MIA to having to call, call again, and email, before resolving the apparent double-book of the room. I suppose I am the lucky one having showed up just before the 2nd scheduled occupant, who was still sorting out her booking when I was finally able to actually get in the apartment. -2 for the poorly run process, specifically.
USI got a follow up call by the customer services supervisor Bushra to check if everything were okay during my stay and how could they help if it was not, which was a great touch. I got the whole unit for myself with all needs taken into consideration. Building has a whole floor with resting areas, gym, study nooks, terrace, fireplace etc.
