Global Luxury Suites at Town Center

It was not ready on time. And for a four pm check in I thought that was unreasonable

Re, clean and easy check in and check out.

Very homey and family friendly. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and cinema. However the condo we booked still had hair in the shower from the previous tenants.

Property was near where we wanted to be. It was clean.

Bed was uncomfortable and shower curtain, Kleenex, etc were very cheap- expected better. Disappointed that the parking was not included- that was an additional $12-30 per day.

Location and Room

There is no personnel, not received the final invoice after several request.

Only the location. And its not so exclusive i can find better apartments at Reston.

The apartment is cheaply furnished, the bed is horrible, the mattress is old and extremely not comfortable, it’s from the old kind that has springs inside it. The bed makes noise whenever i move. The bathroom has 2 doors one opens to the living area and one open to the bedroom. One of the doors doesn’t close or lock so it was inconvenient that they didn’t fix it so it closes. The lights in the lamps are different colors (some while some yellow) the lights were not comfortable to the eyes. There was a noise coming from the closed door near the laundry room it keep coming every 30 minutes and it was so disturbing while sleeping. And the most annoying thing about our stay was there was no parking space including in the apartment rental. When I booked i didn’t notice that it’s not included we had to pay for the entire stay which was not convenient at all. When you book your stay in a luxurious unit like this u expect good amenities and facilities. But we didn’t get any.
