Los Cabos Golf Resort

I love this hotel , I’ve been coming here for over 10 years , the staff it’s friendly and housekeeping did an excellent job , I was a little disappointed about the food though, but the desserts were delicious

We’ve been coming here for 20 years. Always a wonderful experience. We love being a bit inland with no vendors etc passing through the property. Quiet and family friendly resort.

Clean rooms, great staff, and beautiful property. I've stayed here a few times, and will continue to stay here on my future trips to Cabo.

The service was poorer this year than in past years. Getting ice and towels was more difficult than previously. Some of the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for common amenities or minimal help. We have been going to this property for about 10 years now and were a little disappointed this year.

The pool towels were old and ratty . Several days they had none! No ice machine. Had to get ice and water at the bar and they gave you a dirty look every time !! It’s 81 and hot we needed to hydrate. Invest in an ice machine and water for guests!!! Pool chairs were broken or so worn and saggy. Paint chips in the pool by the swim up bar. Pool side tables were always dirty. Place is falling apart .

What a beautiful place! Bed was incredibly comfortable. Google maps will not get you there. Get off the main road and onto the service road. This resort to to really improve it’s signage and directions on the website. Calling the resort was no help either. Also, could not run the a/c because every time I did dirt and some dead bugs would blow onto the bed right where I would lay my head. You have to 6’ tall to use the microwave! It’s way high on top of the fridge! (But we are having the same issue at another resort, so is this a “Mexican” thing?). Very expensive restaurant for Mexico but delicious food and outstanding service!

Overall the hotel was a little less than good, the restaurant food is not the greatest and is expensive, so I only dine in once. The shower was hard to open and the towels were old. I was disappointed that the whirlpool was not working because was in repair and they didn't have a date when it will work, so during my stayed there wasn't working. The pools were frizzing cold, so I couldn't use them not even once! The staff was very nice and welcoming and the housekeeping was great! It was nice to have a stove and a fridge. It you have problems with stairs make sure you get a room downstairs, I had to request a change of room because the stairs were difficult as I have a problem with one of my knees. The hotel is about 7 minutes to the Marina if you take an Uber or a Taxi, if you want to walk or explore around the area there is nothing around the area to go for a walk or explore.

The room photos and my actual room did not look similar. I was charged for what looked like hotel branded complimentary water and the pool area is less attractive in person than in the photos.
