Los Cabos Golf Resort

The hotel staff members were impeccable in their service. From the front desk personnel, to kitchen and room service, to room cleaners, they were all very professional and respectful. My family had a nice time at the hotel and we plan to book it again when we travel to Los Cabo.

High quality of service and customer focus. The facility is a bit older but makes up in charter. It appears some upgrades are under way. For the price the facility is really good.

The property is good according to the rate. The pools are deep which I love it!! The food and service aren’t very good but you have the opportunity to order Uber eats and pick it up at the front. Downside is that there it is very hard and almost impossible to get pool towels as they never had enough. Other than that I had a great time. I had a great time

Make sure to pack bug spray for your trip! The hotel has tons of mosquitoes and flys. Our room had 15 mosquitoes and dead ones all over the walls. Staff are super friendly and helpful (shoutout to Geo the conceirge).

I made a significant mistake in booking this resort, so I encourage others to carefully read the negative reviews before considering the positive ones. It's clear the management team does not know how to run a business effectively or understand the power of word-of-mouth marketing. Upon check-in, the staff informed us that breakfast was not included, despite the reservation clearly indicating two breakfasts were part of the booking. The next morning, they begrudgingly provided a "continental breakfast," but it was far from the standard one would expect. The breakfast consisted of a single piece of toast with a small portion of marmalade and butter, a plate of tasteless, cut fruit, a watery glass of orange juice, and coffee. This was all served in an area infested with flies, providing an unappetizing dining experience. The rude and condescending behavior of the reception manager, Edwardo, only compounded the poor customer service. It's clear the photographs on the website were digitally enhanced, as the actual resort was dusty and most rooms were situated on arid, barren land, far from the lush greenery depicted online. Feeling dissatisfied with the subpar "continental breakfast," we opted to dine at nearby fine dining establishments for our morning meals, which cost more but allowed us to maintain our dignity. The car parking area was simply sand, which left our vehicle covered in dust.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing vacation spot. All the staff were super friendly and the food was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Location was good but we encountered some cleanliness issues throughout our stay. The pool seemed unsanitary. The rooms were decent for the most part but we found clothes in our dresser that did not belong to us.

Good location, rooms are spacious, we lost water in our rooms for a few hours, and one of our rooms water temperature was poor. Service at the restaurant was below average. Paid to have breakfast included, and the waiters often made us feel uncomfortable, calling it a “free meal” when in reality it was an up charge to have breakfast included with our stay. Multiple times told “that’s not included with your free meal”.
