M Hotel Kigali

Very clean, big room, lovely breakfast and secure parking. Having booked very last minute, we were happy with our stay

A little bit corporate in style but not necessarily bad, just personal preference for a more relaxed feel, pool also wasn't open and was being worked on during our stay

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property is good, they were courteous, The breakfast could be more better, They should also work on thier restuarant menu which is very limited. But overall a very good experience

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und vom Standard her durchaus mit einem besseren Hotel in Europa zu vergleichen. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Lage ebenfalls. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war relativ groß und verfügte auch über einen Balkon.

Hotel stay was excellent. Amazing staff, very good breakfast options. Location is great as well and aids movement within the city

Nothing really, maybe pool being under renovation not communicated ahead but they gave the option to use a sister hotel's pool.

I liked the pick up at the hotel, reception and understanding of the customer care. Privacy and security is top notch. I will always recommend and choose Mhotel again.
