Amenities: The swimming pool was completely unavailable for the entire two-week duration of our stay, further reducing the value of the booking. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Housekeeping is severely deficient. Room cleaning, floor mopping, rug vacuuming, and linen changes are not performed proactively. These basic services only occur if the guest explicitly demands them, indicating a severe breakdown in supervisory management or staff accountability. Accommodations: While the room itself was spacious and well-designed, the lack of upkeep negates this asset. Staff Conduct: Multiple staff members lack basic professional boundaries and fail to understand standard workplace etiquette. Corrective action, including termination, is warranted for the individuals involved. Conclusion: The current pricing structure reflects zero value for the guest. The aesthetic is a deception.

The location. It was near where I needed to be at an affordable rate.

The noice and the roaming around of people. The property was old and dated, it could do with modernisation.
