It was easy to check in and out. The room was clean and efficient.

I left my jacket in the room by mistake, As I was traveling I was able to contact them in 3 days later. However, there's no easy way to talk to staffs and they were reluctant to help me to find it. They said cleaner's not a staff of hotel. This hotel is the only hotel I couldnt find lost items. Its my mistake to start with, however, its suprising to see unhelpful response from staffs.

조용해서 푹 잠을 잤고 주변에 음식점도 많았어요. 가성비가 훌륭합니다. 저는 괜찮았는데 제 뒷분은 키오스크 체크인을 힘들어하시더라구요. 메시지를 잘 보관하셨다가 보시면서 하세요.
