завтрак не включен и не предлагался. Сложно было найти питание для завтрака. Номер сам очень уютный, все необходимое имеется. wi-fi отлично работал! Имеется кухня холодильник и посуда, это очень помогает если с семьей.

очень сложно было найти гостиницу. Регистрация автоматом, получения ключа, заезд в 16.00, тогда как во всех гостиницах в 14.00. Мы приехали в 12.00, кое как нашли гостиницу и потеряли день, чтобы погулять посмотреть, чемодан не где было оставить, чтобы погулять или покушать. ждали в холле где нет даже скамеек. Мы были 9 дней. за это время номер не убирался. Сложность в том, что мусор не выносился. и постель даже 1 раз не заменили за это время. и некуда позвонить сказать чтобы убрали. Кроме того полотенца маленькие, для лица.

Lack of support staff and no English speaking staff that I could speak to

Very comfortable apartment, it was very cold outside but the apartment has a floor heating. They were also flexible on check out rules.

The check is all automatized, not well clear once I arrived with no internet in the hall

Big room

Aircon was broken. Only heater was working. I was only told when i called the staff about it because the room was too hot, no matter how much i adjusted the ac and i couldn't sleep. She told me to just open the window. Also pullout table was dirty (food and sauces). It was obviously not cleaned after the previous guest.

Nice clean room, very close to the Subway, Central Park, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Tourist attractions nearby. Perfect position for a Hotel. If you want to you can walk to most places of interest .

Had plastic under the sheets and TV in an odd position ( but who goes on holiday to watch TV??)
