about the only good thing that this agent provided was a water purifier that we could take water from.

there were many things that i am very unsatisfied with. others should be weary before booking from such an agent in the future. 1. on the booking page, it was stated that there were 2 beds that had a bed frame. however when we reached the apartment, there was one bed without a bed frame, completely unreflective of what this apartment was marketed as. furthermore, when we confronted the agent about this particular issues, the agent told us that only after booking could we see what the actual room looks like. hence, it is very clear that incorrect photos were used to market this particular apartment. which i felt scammed out of. in fact, the agent insisted that we were wrong, which we felt that there wasn't even a single bit of remorse or help we felt when tackling this issue. so we ended up just making do with our situation. 2. many of the furniture provided in the apartment was in very poor condition. firstly, upon arrival, when we were very tired and wanted to sit down, the sofa had many brown and black patches all around it, and there was a musty smell emanating from it. secondly, for the toilet, there were many green, brown, and black spots, visibly indicating that it was very poorly maintained, and not thoroughly cleaned. for a place where one goes to wash themselves to be clean, looking at such a dirty place, i felt disgusted and constantly dirty during my stay. thirdly, the floor mat for wiping dry your feet outside the toilet was so thin, you could compare it to piece of A4 paper. this doesn't serve the purpose of drying our feet as i still walked around with wet feet. 3. regarding non-furniture items, the television, not to mention that it was already very small, it was laggy and not working properly. this is another point that was marketed on the website, which we were not able to enjoy even after paying for it. we later found out that the owner was using the netflix service themselves, barring us from using it in the apartment.
