Cheras Trader Square By JR Lovely Homestay

I don’t like anything’s from the stay I had booked from JR lovely homestay although the room seems ok, but the biggest issues is the management problem from the owner, this brings us very bad experience for us, the owner keep missing and can’t contact even I call multiples at different times.

The biggest problem is the management. First, isn’t compulsory to send check in details before the day we check in for the homestay. They mentioned that 3pm can check in but until 4:00pm haven’t received any details to check in… and they just give excuses due to the cleaning staff problems which cause there has no room ready for us to check in…Besides, it also not compulsory for the owner/management to inform me early if cannot allowed for us to check in on time? they only just waste my family’s time to wait at the outside of the homestay… On the next day, during the time we want to check out, the owner also didn’t give any details for me to check out (where to return key&access card). They just pretend me I know everything at here and I should do all by my ownself? Hello, that’s hilarious…,keep giving excuses on their staff is newly join, but even the basic customer service still can’t do it…not replying message when customers have issues about the homestay and just choose giving bad services for the customers.

bed frame is sagging. not comfortable while sleep

All okay. Got towel, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cool aircond in the hall, and both rooms. Water pressure was alright. Toilet with a shampoo and body wash. Got a dustbin with a plastic bag. Got filtered water coway Just lacking a microwave. Which was alright for me Stay was comfortable. Parking was okay Just getting the access card is a bit tricky The house is clean.

Can get a new cloth for the ironing board please.
