GBSimply an amazing place to stay - I was blown away by the quirky decor and the wine cellar with the old mill wheels. Easy to park, close to the centre.
Although there was a kettle in the room I couldn't find any coffee or cups. Fortunately I'd brought my own coffee! I found some cups in the lounge area but presumably - inkeeping with the quirkiness - they didn't have handles.

AUEasy to find on a main road Good Directions by our host but don't use the GPS a coordinates because they weren't take you to it
Seemed to get hot water out of the basin but the shower was lacking. my husband finally got a warm shower, I got a cold shower.

GBAmazing building in a fabulous location around 1 km from Eyemouth - just off the main road, but sat in woodland and by a river. Beautiful historic building with an amazing and extensive interior including lounge areas, games room, decking all designed really well - would be fabulous for a group booking. i.e a family occasion, hen or stag do. Loved it!
The only thing I could criticise was that there wasn't enough hot water for the showers - which we only mangaed to have luke warm.
