"Great, budget friendly option."

The room was very clean and comfortable and the owners friendly and respectful. The location is very near the bus stop and the number 10 bus runs 24 hours which was great for our early morning flight from Gatwick (we left around 4am and the buses were every 15 minutes).

Nothing, we would stay again.

Easy to access, great location right off services with links to main roads, hassle free check-in/check-out, detailed instructions by host, parking available in the immediate area, quiet surroundings right next to park, Netflix available.

Room in need of TLC, some furniture chipped and stained, bed board stained, carpet needs cleaning, pillowcases were overused and had lint balls, did not smell fresh.
