Double Room in Crawley,Gatwick,West Sussex

It was a 2 minute walk from the Pelham Drive bus stop using bus number 10. Which is about a 25 minute ride from Gatwick. It was clean and easy to locate. If you just need a safe and comfortable place to sleep, this is it. Somehow, I missed that it was a private family residence during the booking process, which is totally my fault. I’m not sure what I did, but I actually booked the wrong place from what I intended. But I’m not unhappy. It was good value for money. I stayed in room 2 with my 9 year old daughter. Something to consider in future would be a small desk fan for the hot nights. I know the UK doesn’t get them often, but for travelers used to having that, it would really make their night!

Guesthouse owners were very welcoming, even giving me a banana and bottle of water as I had no energy to go to the shops. Directions to the property were clear and easy to follow.

Friendly and helpful couple. Comfortable bed. Access to the kitchen. Nice shower. Easier to find than last time, with easy access. Also, they have a gorgeous baby!

Steep stairs might be a problem for some.

We had an overnight stay in order to fly out of Gatwick early the next morning. This property offered a great solution. It is close to Gatwick, the host are helpful and friendly, and the recently renovated kitchenette and bathroom were great!

It was perfect for our needs.

Didn't like the hosts as they lied and kicked me and my partner out because they found a court result on the internet from 2014! They should have done this before accepting the booking

I didn't like how judgemental these people are. We weren't made to feel welcome. Quite frankly they shouldn't be inviting people into their home if they are going to kick guests out without any care at all!

Lovely hosts, near to Crawley town centre. Room clean and comfortable with a TV. Great place to stay for travellers flying from Gatwick, it’s about a 15 minute drive to Gatwick from the property.

Nothing. It was all fine! Last guest had decided to take the remote control for the telly with them (?!) so hosts helped with this and I downloaded an app to control the telly.
