That they was no toilet upstairs, one has to go downstairs to use the toilet

Great location literally minutes walk away from drakes circus, a free parking space, spacious accommodation, clean apartment but also bedding and towels are clean, easy check in and check out with clear instructions provided! Tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, body wash all great touches. Mattresses comfy!

We came in the summer, the main bedroom (with 2 double beds in) the windows aren’t actually windows they’re blocked off, so no light or air comes in through them meaning the room was boiling, we had one fan provided but due to the plug positioning in the rooms we couldn’t position it for all of us to feel the effects of it. Multiple fans would be really beneficial in the summer for that room, or perhaps having air con fitted in that room. The other bedroom with the working window was nice and cool.

The location of the property was excellent for us, close to Drakes Circus. It was spotlessly clean & we were offered an early check in on request. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels.

Lack of basic items - no teaspoons, only 3 glasses & 3 mugs when 4 of us were staying - we didn’t report it as we were only staying for one night so managed with what we had. There was no lamp in the second bedroom so we had to borrow one from the bigger bedroom. There are locks on every door in the flat apart from the bathroom door. There are a LOT of steps within the flat - bear this in mind if you have young children or mobility issues. A new building has been built on the back of this one so the bigger bedroom, bathroom & kitchen have windows but these are not openable or able to see through.
