GBI need a refund the seller never answered numerous phone calls and an email for me to know were to collect keys
Nit able to cintact seller rang from morning untill 2pm no answer no call back so couldnt use this seller .... then read reviews abd realised others had same problem ,i would like a refund

There was no tv remote lamps don't work plug sockets dint work dirty laundry left in room in bags in room front door hanging of hinges owner dint answer texts or email sofas was broke and uncomfortable

The main door was rusted and hanging off, the key wasn't left and we had to ring around to finally get it. The remote for the telly was missing so we couldn't use the telly and the wires from the Internet were missing so we had no Internet either. I contacted both numbers to ask for assistance and was completely ignored even after messaging a huge complaint the following day I'm yet to hear back, the bathroom window handle was completely snapped off and the window was pushed open and we couldn't get it closed. The hallway and stairs smelled of sewer and the manager came back to the building drunk at 11pm stumbling in after completely ignoring my messages and phone calls. We had to leave the key in the door the following day as there was nobody there to give it to after being told they would be there. The matress springs were sticking out and you got one small pillow each, Would never come again.

it wasn’t clean at all , nothing had been cleaned , the bottom door was having off the hinges, they said “i hope the room has been cleaned” also said “i don’t think we have took the washing out” it was that bad we left within 5 minutes & had to book a premier inn 30 minutes away🤦🏼♀️

the front door to the apartment was hanging on for day life was very hard to open needs to be sorted.
