Anna's Apartment, Tromsdalen

De ligging, vlakbij de Arctic Cathedral en 5 min lopen van de bus, was prima. In tegenstelling tot het centrum best wel rustig. In het appartement was het warm. Verder redelijk compleet.

De badkamer stinkt behoorlijk. Kennelijk een slecht aangesloten wasmachine- of doucheafvoer. Wat we ook probeerde het bleef maar stinken. De eigenaar gaf aan: komt doordat het een oud huis is! Het is bekend! De douchekop was lek, waardoor het water alle kanten op spoot. Ook de doucheafvoer was kapot. De oven in de keuken had een kapotte knop, waardoor het instellen niet lukte. De keukenkraan lekte. De keukenkastdeur onder de gootsteen zat maar met één scharnier vast. De keukenladen vielen zowat uit elkaar. Kortom er was een hoop mis. Wij hebben contact gezocht met de eigenaar, Anna, om te vragen wat te doen. Zij wilde de douchekop laten maken, echter wilde wij niet dat er iemand in het appartement was terwijl wij er niet waren. We hebben het vervolgens maar gelaten! Verder vonden wij de slaapkamer erg klein (2x3 m). Wij miste haken om je kleding op te hangen. Dit kon wel in het entreegangetje.

Chauffage couvrant bien le lieu. Bonne localisation par rapport à l’île de Tromsø.

Second time at Anna’s place. She is very friendly and always available to reach out, there was one issue at the beginning but she fixed it very quickly. The apartment is very lovely!

I had a fantastic stay at Anna’s apartment in December 2024! From the very beginning, Anna was an excellent host. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, I requested an early check-in, and Anna made every effort to assist, communicating promptly and kindly throughout. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was convenient and peaceful, with easy access to the city and nearby the cable car station. It was clear that Anna takes great pride in maintaining the apartment, ensuring guests feel at home and comfortable. I would definitely want to stay at her place again if I visit Tromsø again!
