Anna's Apartment, Tromsdalen

It was automated and all the amenities were there.

Door code was hidden in the handle, that created much fuss before entering the apartment. There should be more clarity with pictures. Though host said that she has sent pictures but I didn't receive them.

Bed was very comfortable, apartment was spacious and had all the facilities needed included great heating, the host was very helpful over the phone.

It is super cozy and well located. It’s very quick to go everywhere ! Also, Anna is a such nice person and very helpful.

There isn’t hair dryer

The position (depending on the preference), the television and the availability of the host to solve problems

There are some works that should be made in the bedroom (like the missing of the light in the room because now there is a portable lamp (that has to be charged, it last 2-3 hours), but there will be some guests that will not be satisfied with this). In the shower the drainage of the water is not sufficient (even when the water came out at a normal speed the shower floor got flooded a little bit) . There were times when the wi-fi didn't really work (probably based from the television being on or based on the presence of other guests in the other apartments). These are the 3 points I may point out

Excellent location, clean and cozy apartment. Good price. Recommend for a stay.
