There were good restaurant and convenience shop options nearby. It was easy to hail local rides (Grabcar) to nearby attractions. The beach was nearby, about 10-15 minutes walk.

There were roadworks just outside the resort when we arrived, resulting that we had to hail local rides via the back entrance. The resort staff were helpful to set the pickup location.

Property was good. Pool was great, location was great

Ots a minor thing but housekeeping is every 2 days & for people staying for 2 days it just stays messy. No tea or coffee in the villa, if you feel like making a cuppa

We stayed in Villa II (3bdr). It was lovely and clean. The location is amazing. It’s down a long lane so no road noise and it’s close to plenty of wonderful restaurants.

The beds are on a wooden frame which makes them very noisey. It made for a very restless nights sleep as every time you turn in the bed it creaks loudly. It would be nice to have some outdoor beanbags or alternative seating as there are only 2 loungers for a 3 bedroom villa.

It was spacious, great size swimming and quiet ,very relaxing.

In very good location for restaurants and shops. Excellent size Villa for 6 people.

Breakfast needed to have more variety.

Spacious. Bedrooms, all with ensuites were seperate and could not hear noise from other rooms. Beautiful bathrooms and clean pool! Free bottomless water cooler. House keeping staff were delightful and restaurant chef tried hard to accommodate dietary needs. Staff were responsive and polite. Large fridge.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing as they didn’t have any gf vegan options. Chef was able to make one dish and purchased tofu but it was same meal every day. It was quite expensive to stay there so I was hoping for a little more. Other than that, it was a very nice, quiet and clean accomodation.

Location was great.

My breakfast wasn't great - looked amazing but the pancakes were not cooked properly. I think the other breakfasts were ok. The bathrooms were not a nice as I hoped and our bathroom kept flooding. This was not great as I was fairly sick when i was there. Towels were very thin Pool area was not kept as tidy and clean as i would have expected.

Villas are excellent size and great quality. Very clean. 3 Bedroom villa very suitable for 6 people. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds. Had one small issue that was resolved immediately. Villa’s cleaned daily and fresh pool towels given daily!!

Only 2 pool chairs for 6 people.

Breakfast was lovely, with a choice of options that were included in the room rate, which you eat in the restaurant on site. Private pool and gardens were gorgeous, water was like a bath though because it's not particularly large or deep! Communal pools were also beautiful and the grounds in general were well looked after. Good aircon in bedrooms. Good shower. Great location just a few steps from many shops and restaurants.

If you have noisy neighbours you will be very aware of them as the villas are side by side. One night we could hear every word of our neighbours conversation/music from our bedroom. However, I rang the reception as it was during the supposed quiet hours and I think they may have visited them as the noise soon stopped. Note that the kitchen and living space is open to the outside, meaning it doesn't have aircon and was extremely hot. It also felt quite dark and uninviting. There was only one ceiling fan which didn't do much for the whole area. It also meant we saw mice and found their poo all over the kitchen, as well as all the other wildlife of Bali! Apart from while using the pool, we found ourselves a little bit separated while at the villa (spending most of our time in our bedrooms) because there wasn't a nice, cool communal space that we could share. The bedrooms are all separated with doors opening to the pool area, this was fine for us but may not suit families with younger children. I found the beds hard but this seems pretty standard for Bali.
