The location and large villa.

The restaurant breakfast service was inconsistent- the staff seemed under staffed. They were friendly.

So the pool is in the sun all day and is not refreshing at all, it was as hot as a bath there need to some sore of permanent shade over the pool to keep the temperature down Also the is not enough furniture to sit around the pool 2 sun lounges is not enough when 6 people could be staying in that villa

Beautiful villa, the photos don’t do it justice. The pool is great and beds very comfy, and ice cold filtered water which was great. We were a bit worried about mosquitoes with the main living area being open to the outside, but saw no mosquitos at all. Best pancakes at breakfast and the staff were all so lovely. We would definitely recommend this villa!

The villa needs pots and pans to be able to utilise the kitchen. We were travelling with my 2 year old daughter and brought eggs and pasta so we could cook food for her, only to realise there is nothing to cook with in the kitchen making it fairly redundant.

the grounds could be more lush and tropical, didn't find the main pool area very resort like, and only limited sun lounges

Very clean and tidy villa with everything you need. Lovely pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious, comfortable with great air conditioning. Main living area ie. kitchen/lounge is not airconditioned so be aware of this if staying when very hot and planning on using these areas. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included every morning but is a little basic. We were satisfied with the breakfast but after having seven breakfasts a little more variety would have been good. Ordered room service one lunch time as we were relaxing by the pool, unfortunately it took a long time to come and it was cold when it arrived. Great location with mini marts very close by and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The 3 bedroom villa #2 is stunning, comfortable beds and pillows and beautifully cool bedrooms.

It would be great if there could be at least 2 more sun beds in the villa.

Luxurious villa wrapped around a swimming pool. A couple of issues with the washing machine and one of the air-conditioners during our stay were quickly resolved. Complimentary breakfast at the attached cafe was excellent, in particular the Japanese soufflé pancakes.

Would’ve been nice to have a little more flexibility about check in time, but we were able to leave out bags at reception and have a stroll until check in time.

It was spacious, high ceilings, clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect.
