Dirty, false advertising when it comes to parking fee on the website saying 499/day. No 499 parking fee we paid more 1,000.00 on parking. . If you have question agent can’t answer she told us she didn’t know she only caretaker there.

The residence is great. The pool and playground area is great for kids. The location is great for activities in the city. Mall of Asia is less than a 20 minute walk. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful when questions arose.

This is essentially an Airbnb even though it is through Booking.com. The host is excellent, but you have to coordinate everything through the host- guests, swimming tickets. You will need to provide IDs, and the front desk must keep at least one ID while you are staying there. If you understand all of this up front, the place is fantastic. My family and I learned these things as we came upon each situation.

Just the lobby 😢 which I waited in for a long time to check in. The agent scammed me by charging me for another room because my original reservation for five people was not honored. Instead, they gave me a dirty room that only accommodated four people, so I had to pay an additional 3000 cash for another room for my three family members. Their pressure and hassling caused me significant inconvenience, and they even suggested I cancel my booking so they could continue scamming me with more expensive options

All it's was scam 😭 Everything was a scam. I booked a unit with two bedrooms for five people, but they gave me a room that could only fit two people. The bathroom was filthy, with a blackened shower, a floor with black holes, and tiles covered in mold. The bedding was dirty and unwashed, like second-hand garbage. The microwave was broken, the bedroom door was broken, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the TV didn’t work. The agent was late in checking my booking, which was for six people because I had two bookings: one for five people and one for six people. Instead, they gave me two rooms that could only fit two people each, leaving me with space for only six people when we were a group of eleven

Close to MOA and airport

To small not much space to walk inside the unit. The there’s a lot of little cockroaches

Very unprofessional in handling the booking, it is not what I booked. They transferred my booking to different units and it is not what I booked and paid as per my expectations. Instead they coordinate all the formalities, they asked me to call the persons in-charge and the units are not ready by 2pm or during check-in time. No proper coordination, very bad experience.

Location is near MOA, parking is expensive..

There is this stinky smell from somewhere & also there are small roaches roaming in the bathroom..
