Nothing!This is probably one of the worst booking I have experienced!

I booked a 2-bed apartment. However they gave me 2 1-BR apartments next to each other, and insisted they’re the same! And in the end said that the 2-br was actually not available till the next day! Why lie? You can’t get access to the property easily cause reception will ask for an authorisation form which they have not provided beforehand. We got there at the property but there was not enough bed for the 7 of us! The sofa beds are not sofa bed! Just a normal old sofa, So my sister had to sleep in the sofa with no blanket! The swimming pool is not free! You have to pay 150each. And most of all, the entire building is infested with cockroaches!

Close to the mall theres a lot of food chain just on the ground floor outside the bldg but the hallway smells smoke

The property cleanliness is 4./10 Wrong D room no they advertise two bed rooms and two private bathrooms and four beds but the truth is two bedroom one is with hard mattress so hard on my body cause it is old and the towels are old additional mattress we found under the main bedroom looks so dirty when we put up on the side. washing machine not working stove is so scary to use. no bread toast which is supposedly present for foreign or tourists guests. The staff didn’t get us a ticket in advance for pool amenity so we had a hard tine to get our ticket cause the owner of the unit owes the bldg. the policy of the Shore about the pool is not acceptable for a tourist guests knowing we are going to pay per day and not free. Internet was not working on the day we needed it most because we are leaving the next day. Bldg entrance collecting our ID they should just have a xerox machine in the lobby to photo copy it and to keep on their record. We didnt enjoy using the tv it is hard to operate do we use our own gadgets to watch netflix. Pots are all sticky i have to wash it

The rooms apart from the kitchen and bathroom look quite good and spacious. The location is good: walking distance to Mall of Asia. The elegance of the lobby makes you feel that you're going to a decent place to live.

Cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Looks really nasty. The living room table was broken and can't be moved. One kitchen cabinet door was broken.

i like the location

NO TV, leaking aircondition flowing water, interior designs very poor, interior damages, washroom facity poor. taking so long before you check in.

Near Mall of Asia

A lot, check in took so long, there was a bad smell in the unit upon entering, i think that was drainage, and the smell of the comfort room, tv was not working, a lot of cockroaches, dusty and dirty beddings, i dont know if they change it after every guess or they just fold it again for the next ones, aircondition was like water falls, there are water falling every 5 minutes and floor was flooded, i booked 2 2bedroom units and 1 1bedroom unit, they are all the same. With uncleanliness, it seems the units were not maintained properly.
