Its a little far away from the kansai airport the area around were residential so its very quiet and a little dark outside at night time. There weren’t any nearby convenience store but they have a small restaurants around the area. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

Shuttle bus is on time. Breakfast is good. Nambo line is just ten minutes walk away.

The key is a little bit wearsome.

Early check-in into the room was very good! There is a free shuttle bus going back to Kansai Airport. Staff is kind. Location is 20-30 minutes away and taxi cost about 50,000 yen on a Saturday. Only 15 minutes away from Iharanosato Station by foot.

There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so it was a little difficult finding food or items to buy.

I arrived early and wanted to leave my bag at the hotel and go back to check in at 3 p.m., but the staff was very nice and allowed me to check in early. The hotel has free bus service to the airport. There is a food mart and a wonderful seafood restaurant near the hotel.
