The shuttle service to the airport is on-time and comfortable. The reception staff speaks English very fluently.

Walking distance from the station to the hotel at night was safe, with nice walking paths, not walking in the dark. Loved the shuttle bus to the airport because get to see the scenery of Osaka streets. Near walking distance to Don Quijote and hypermarket.

Should have an alternative to breakfast not being able to dine in due to early departure, for example takeaway or grab and go at the checkout counter.

Breakfast was much better than expected. Beautifully laid out, tasted great. The chef personally served us. Took their free shuttle to Kansai airport after breakfast for the first leg of the return trip.

Room was small (not unexpected for Japan) and window to outside did not open. Bed, toilet, etc. was fine.

The buffet breakfast was minimalist and not quite worth the cost, in my opinion. It was more cost-effective to simply purchase something from a local supermarket. The room itself was functional and regularly cleaned. The bathroom was a wet room built as a single unit, which is common and functioned as expected.

The hotel is advertised as having a bath similar to those built in Japanese public baths, but the area was out of use during my stay and there was no notice stating if it was temporarily or permanently out of service.
