Grand Panama Beach Resort with ocean view

Good location, good layout, large condo and comfortable. Nice view of the beach but also the main beach road

Lots of traffic noises 24hrs, bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. Needs to be exterminated. Killed bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Maintance like dishwasher wasn’t working until I went to jiggle the electrical cord to make it turn on, needed some touch up painting done on the walls and cabinetry. Also cleaning of the place was not adequate as it should, floor felt gritty and sticky, bedroom end tables needed to be wiped down as stains were left on there.

Location was convenient

It appeared clean until walking around. Mattresses need updating.

I been there on July 5 to July 8. After I got home I just know that I missed my phone over there. After I told the property owner they check and send my phone back to me. So I really recommend for their loyalty. Thank you 🥰

Good location and even tho the part we stayed in was across the street from the beach it was easy to get to the beach with the cross walk

Price of cleaning fee but condo was not clean for us and beds were very uncomfortable!

The only enjoyment was being with the family in one condo , and the beach when we got down there

I didn't like the views , I was told it was a beach side ocean view it was more of a building view than the ocean, there was dirty rags hanging in the bathroom door , one in the pack n play , saw a couple or bugs , the bath drain didn't work , the door lock didn't work and there was no lock on the inside to keep the kids from opening it from the inside . The dishwasher smelled horrible , wasn't told about the parking fee of $50 plus extra $35 for another vehicle , so that messed up our budget ,

Very clean. Felt like I was at home. Good amenities!

We could not park our golf carts on premises. We rented them and had to pay for parking or park on side of the road and get towed. I think that was a huge inconvenience.
