Location. Room size. View

Was dusty. Towels had a smell. Room was hot even with ac. Washer leaked and toilet. Bathroom doors broke and one not lock

The view was nice and the room was very spacious

The pool at tower 2 was very cold. Also the room had some roaches. They were dying but they were there. The shower in the main room was broken and the door to the bathroom was also broken. The shower worked but the floor was loose or something

"First day was a bust"

I like the location and the space that it provided for my family

We got there after a 12 hour drive...all we wanted to do is lay down..but the condo was not cleaned...had to contact the owner and have someone come in and clean..we were made to leave for almost 3 hours...we were advised that they would provide dinner for us and at 930 there was still no dinner..contacted the owner and cleaner and they said there was a issue with them ordering it...so we just ordered it ourselves...the first day was a complete waste...

"Everything would’ve been awesome had there not been any roaches."

It was a great location and spacious.

There were roaches. It was so many that I had to go buy roach spray and some sticky traps and put out. There was also sand still all over the floors when we arrived. The trash can top hadn’t been cleaned.
