私は日本人なので、日本人視点でのレビューを書かせていただきます。 このホテルはJFK空港とマンハッタンの両方にアクセスしやすいです。JFK空港へはAir Trainが通るLefferts Blvd駅まで徒歩20分程度であり、車なら10分程度です。マンハッタンへはⒶ路線が通るOzone Park - Lefferts Blvd駅まで徒歩20分程度です。加えて、これらの駅までの道は大通りに面しているため、迷いにくいですし、治安も心配ないと思います。付近にはスーパーや飲食店も豊富にあるので、食事には困りません。また、この辺り一帯は、日本では見かけないような美しい洋風の庭付き一戸建てが並んでおり、日本人にとっては景観も楽しめます。 価格については、この辺り一帯のホテルの中では良心的です。 オーナーの夫妻は非常に優しかったです。女性の方はとても気さくで人見知りの私でも話しやすかったですし、男性の方は静かでしたが帰り際に握手をしてくださったり空港までの道を教えてくれたりしました。また、私は初め使う部屋を間違えていましたが、それでも彼らは嫌な顏ひとつしませんでした。 建物や部屋や設備はどれも清潔かつ高級感があり、リラックスできました。私は運が良かったのか2階のフロア全体を使わせてもらえましたが、寝室・ダイニングキッチン・バスルーム・リビングのいずれも広くて、こんなに贅沢して良いのかと驚きました。個人的には、ここに掲載されている写真よりも、実際の部屋はさらに広く美しく感じました。寝室やリビングのソファは移動で疲れた体を癒してくれましたし、とにかく部屋が広いのでストレスを感じるところがありませんでした。 アメニティも十分に揃っていました。冷蔵庫の中の水のボトルやダイニングのコーヒーは無料で使用できます。コーヒーは種類が豊富なので、好きな人は選ぶだけで楽しくなるでしょう。 ただ、日本人の方が利用する際には、以下の点に気をつけてください。 第1に、オーナーと連絡を取るためには日本人にあまり馴染みがないWhatsAppが必要である点です。予めアカウントを用意して、使い方も勉強しておきましょう。 第2に、お風呂の使い方が日本のものとは異なり、蛇口付近のボタンとレバーを操作するタイプであることです。レバーは水を出すスイッチであると同時に、回す度合いによって水の温度を変える役割もあります。ボタンは水が蛇口から出るかシャワーから出るかを切り替えるためのものです。お湯のシャワーを浴びたい場合は、ボタンを押してレバーを90度ほど回しましょう。

As stated. Despite all attempts, we were not awaited for as promised by hosts. The worst experience ever in Booking

This was a booking for my 19 year old son's return home after 3 months in the USA. His first independent trip EVER! I did not hesitate in booking the same place as he used on his first night there. James and Rosalind really care, not just for your comfort, but in our case, your child's safety. They are truly wonderful!

The location was not too far from JFK. We had a whole floor to ourselves. The kitchen was spotless and looked brandnew. It was very complete and ideal for some cooking activities. There are enough shops. The landlord and landlady went all the way to make our stay nice. They were so friendly, you almost wouldn't believe it. We had quite some luggage that was really heavy and as we wanted to go to Manhattan, the landlord even brought us to the right subway station. So kind.

There were a few small things we liked less. With heavy bags the stairs are challenging. There is no breakfast, but it is easy to get some food from the nearest supermarket.
