P&P Central Apartment

We stayed one night and did not use the kitchen. It was new, modern and looked nice but we do not now about the equipment. Bathroom also looked newly renovated. Good size appartment for three. Sofabed was comfortable. 10-15 min walk to the cable car to the old upper town. 1 min walk to the lower center, lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to find, outside the ZTL zone. Parking in garage (on Piazza Della Liberta 15€ a day) 5 min walk to flat. AC in both bedroom and livingroom/kitchen.

WiFi did not work, no problem for us during one night. As others have said, there is a church bell at 7 o’clock in the morning that risk waking you up. The apartement has all you need but does not offer any ”homefeeling”, no decorations at all.

Good location , close to train station . Very clean .

Had some issues with water that were resolved by the letting agency , but was a hassle that didn’t need for a one night stay .

The location is great! Very close to the pedestrian area, not far away from the railway station, 15 minutes away from the Alta Citta. Communication with the landlord is easy and nice. Apartment is well-equipped. Beautiful clock tower can be seen from the balcony.

The clock tower is too close to the apartment. If you are a light sleeper then you probably wouldn’t be able to sleep well because of the tower. It would be nice to renew duvet, pillows and linens. I’m as a very bad sleeper couldn’t fall asleep for a very long time.

The location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, the owner responds in a timely manner.

If you come to the apartment late, expect winter, because the heating is completely turned off. The sleeping pillows are too big and uncomfortable, those who like to sleep longer won't be able to because you can hear the church bells that are nearby. There are no cloths and dish dryers in the kitchen, and a broken shower in the bathroom.
