P&P Central Apartment

Great location in the heart of the city, very friendly host who gave us helpful recommendations. Apartment is very spacious and clean. Very comfortable and easy to commute everywhere on foot :)

The bells of the church are a bit loud especially in the morning.

We were checked in to the apartment upon our arrival.

Be aware and be careful: 1. Before booking this apartment carefully read all feedback left regarding this apartment. This apartment is unfinished and there are many flaws there due to age of the building. 2. Be aware the apartment description given on the booking is not covering even tiny part of the reality and it is also missing a photo showing “living” room space. 3. Be aware that any prepayment you make, lodging facility will not refund in case of any issues you might face, also they do not provide any receipts agains their charges in cash (for example for the parking) Avoid making any prepayments to this lodging facility. 4. Be aware that Italy has security standards that require every lodging facility to record their guests' information and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check you in, without exception. Lodging facilities are responsible of communicating to the local Authorities, within 24 hours from arrival, the generalities of their guests. However host of this lodging facilities is acting against the set by Italian authorities rules and does not register guests. About Facilities: - underground garage: you get for 10 euros per night a tiny, very hard to get in and out spot to park your car on -2 floor. Where from there is no elevator or stairs to get out or in. This is very uncomfortable with luggage. Be also careful not to harm your car. - apartment front door is not locked and not in use. You will get to use a cardboard door which has one unprotected locking, which is difficult to use and you will hear everything going on in the building from behind that door. - kitchen and living room: this is the same space with one table, four chairs, tiny sofa which is spread if someone sleeps on it. The sofa is small and uncomfortable. Instead of TV you get an old computer monitor with does not work. No TV in the apartment and not enough of the sitting place. There is no closet for the outside clothes.

Great location literally in the centre of the city. The apartment is renewed, clean, and big. The direct contact with the owner was smooth and easy.

The apartment has a weird restriction that you can't use two power-hungry devices at the same time. We used dishwasher and the hairdryer, and we had no light over night, when we needed to depart. The owner had no option to put the power back, as the main fuse was blown, which, as claimed, he had no keys for. A bit of a bummer, when you rely on charged smarphone everywhere these days. I've been promised a refund, but after a month, I still haven't got it.

Location was excellent. In centre of city with bars, restaurants, shops and public transport on your doorstep. The apartment was very large and modern and had everything you could possibly need. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was amazing.

I like the rooms are big and clean. they have nice kitchen and all the facilities as you have in your own house.

Church bell are to close to aparment and ringing from 7:30 to 21h every half an hour. Not for people who want to sleep longer in the morning.
