Excellent location as 3 minutes from the Gateway to India.

This hotel has the potential to be great, but its quite run-down. The bathrooms need to be replaced and overall it needs an upgrade.

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de Indian Gate y en una zona con mucha oferta de restauración. Además tiene cerca paradas de autobús y no muy lejos el metro, con lo que puedes desplazarte cómodamente por toda la ciudad. El personal es muy amable. Las dos veces que nos alojamos nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior y nos cambiaron sin problemas el desayuno del último día que no íbamos a poder disfrutar por el primer día de llegada. La habitación era muy amplia y tenía mucha luz. En la habitación había un hervidor de agua, tés, café, leche en polvo y dos botellas de agua que reponían todos los días. El desayuno muy completo: platos hindúes (dosas, badas, idlis, samba...), platos de pasta, tortillas, huevos duros, salchichas de pavo, tostadas, cereales, fruta, café y té. Todo estaba buenísimo y hecho en el momento. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La wifi funcionaba perfectamente. La cama era muy cómoda.

Overall, a good stay, nice location, good staff, especially Mr. Hussain and the lady at the reception were very kind and helpful. Location is quite good, busy street but no disturbance in the room.

Bathroom, the size is OK, but since it is old, looks a bit dirty. Need to be renovated.

The rooms were large and spacious

I stayed at this hotel on 19/12/25 and had multiple problems during my stay. The room key card repeatedly stopped working, so I had to go to the reception several times just to enter my room, which was very inconvenient. The washroom door did not close properly, which was uncomfortable. Most worrying, there were multiple knocks on my door even though I had not requested any service, which made me feel unsafe and disturbed my sleep.

I appreciate the front desk officers, like Mr Vishal (I named it an automotive of Apollo Hotel, with the team working with Mr Hussien, Simran; they were very cooperative. I noted that they were paying attention to every hotel guest).

1. Restaurant food choice was not that great; it should have more variety of dishes. 2. The room was nice, the bathtub was old and should be removed, like room no 409, the curtain was not friendly, should be changed to a 100% blackout curtain, which will lessen noise coming in from outside
