Location - friendly staff (especially doorman)

The bathroom was in a terrible state… looked like someone had dropped a tin of black paint in the bath.. the room smelled like the previous occupants had been smoking and the windows don’t open…

Breakfast could be more versatile, the choice is quite small, could be more vegetables like tomato or cucumber or slices of cheese. We could eat only tost with egg mostly.

"It was an okayish experience."

The location is ideal for those looking to explore South Bombay. The male staff, especially an elderly person at the reception is extremely cooperative and understanding.

The female at the reception was obnoxiously rude, she had an attitude as I was staying there for free. Being in hospitality industry she was expected to greet d guests with warmth which was clearly not reflected in her body language and her tone. Hotel needs maintenance. Promptness of service was absolutely not present.
