Ismail es el mejor anfitrión, muy atento y muy simpático. Además el Riad está en una zona tranquila pero cerca de la plaza andando. La terraza es preciosa y las habitaciones también. En la calle por la que se sale, justo antes de pasar el último arco, hay un piedrecita de una mujer que para desayunar messemen está genial! 100% recomendado alojarse aquí🫶🏻

Es un poco húmeda la casa, pero es normal!

Sadly our room was in the base floor same level as the common area - even if it was not busy I would come back but in another floor.

The location is a bit far from the souk and places to eat. It is however quite safe to walk back at night.

Apart from the location, generally everything is good.

Notre Riad coup de coeur du Maroc, très intime, cosy, ultra propre avec une décoration merveilleuse et une terrasse rooftop ultra agréable !!! Et surtout un accueil vraiment très chaleureux de Smain notre hôte qui nous a donné pleins de conseils et d'aides durant nos 2 séjours. Nous avons tellement adoré cet endroit que nous avons décidé d'y séjourner une seconde fois pour nos derniers jours de vacances au Maroc. En plus, il est très bien placé proche de la Place Jemaa El Fna, la Médina et le Souk, tout accessible à pied. Un vrai bijou !!! 🥰

The accommodation is in a quiet location, but at the same time close to the center. The center is noisy until late, so it is better to live in such a location. Locals also live there, so it is authentic. There is a fairly well-equipped kitchen, everything is clean, pleasant seating on the roof terrace with a view of the city. The furnishings are very tasteful.

I had a single room. I do not recommend it for older people. The room is very small and you have to climb a 2 meter ladder to get to the bed. However, it is not a problem for younger people. The only downside is the lack of privacy, as the entire house is really small, you hear everything. This will probably be a problem for all such accommodations, as almost all buildings in the older part of Marrakech are built this way.

Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind sehr gut. Der Betreiber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Interieur ist schlicht aber sehr stilvoll und es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse.

Da die Türen mit Vorhängeschloss sind und und sehr rustikal, kann es vorkommen, dass andere Gäste beim Kommen und Gehen deutlich hörbar ist, auch spät abends. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat. Zudem war bei der Buchung nicht ganz offensichtlich, das Einzelzimmer sich ein Bad teilen, was bei dem Preis aber grundsätzlich akzeptabel ist. Dieses geteilte Bad war zum Glück stets sehr sauber. Für ältere Leute sind Einzelzimmer nur bedingt zu empfehlen, da die Bettnischen teilweise nur per Leiter zu erreichen sind, was auch nicht deutlich klar ist, für mich persönlich aber kein Problem.
