Super friendly and helpful!

We stayed just one night, and one thing we really appreciated was being allowed to check in early in the morning – we were exhausted after a rough night and I wasn’t feeling well. The owner, a very friendly French man, welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe, and the cats (especially the little kittens!) gave it a charming and homely feel. The air conditioning was a big plus too.

The only thing that could be improved is the general cleanliness. The bed sheets and floor were clean, but we noticed a few cobwebs and some lizard droppings on the wall. Also, there was a light smell of urine coming from the mattress, which had likely been there for some time. The smell had seeped through to the bedding, which is why we asked for new sheets. The owner and his wife were very kind and quickly brought us fresh ones with a smile. We flipped the mattress and used the clean sheets on the other side, and fortunately, there was no noticeable smell after that :) I understand this is something that can happen, and I imagine they simply hadn’t noticed it

Good location and friendly owner!! Near bars, restaurants. Good base to go and explore around
