The lady who owned the property was friendly and helpful with the bike rental and bus information The shower room was clean and nice, warm shower The coffee we had was also nice

We arrived very late unfortunately, which meant there were lots of territorial dogs around growling and barking at us which was quite scary. Kitchen was not open at anytime, beds including pillows were uncomfortable but it was clean.

The room was exactly what we needed. A hot shower and a comfortable bed. Located in nice walking distance to everything

This is a great, clean, and very reasonably priced place in a great location in Pakse. Very nice French guy running it, very helpful and friendly in a place where English is pretty useless. Loved Pakse! Loved this place! Cool tiled floors, super clean room, large, comfortable bed, good shower. Short walk to the riverside, temples, and markets.

I wished we'd stayed longer! Only minor issue is that the air system hisses a bit, but, I had no trouble sleeping.

Not Sound-proofen at all. Very noisy when it is windy because the metall roof is constantly bending. When we arrived at 6:30am in the morning to drop off our luggage, it was a bit odd that the owner showed up, did Not Talk to us and just shut all the lights off. We did not feel very welcomed but later in the day and the Rest of our stay he was very nice.

Ok for 1 night

The staff was very welcoming and the location was perfect for what we needed (couple of restaurants nearby, and a motorbike rental shop for the loop). There was a mosquito lamp in the room which was really helpful.

As a disclaimer - I am going to write down what I didn’t like but, if you are considering booking this is place is because you just want to spend the night for a cheap price. If so, go for it, it’s “good enough” for a bed at night. However even when the price is low, I think the state of the room, specially the bathroom, is not good enough. Bathroom was quite dirty (not like “usage dirty” but like, this bathroom was built 50 years ago and needs to be fully renovated (ceiling is peeling off, with humidity, many ants and other bugs…). Our room was almost inside the reception and it was very loud early in the morning. Window is not really fully open and there is some breeze coming in at night making it a bit cold. And finally yes the nearby dogs bark a lot but please don’t kill them 🥲

Staff were really friendly. Really nice food and coffee too! Located well.

Comfy bed, had lockable wardrobe for valuables, not far to walk to places to eat etc. Friendly guy at check in let us keep our bags there and check in early.

Dogs barking all night, neither of us slept well at all
