We loved the location, the staff were friendly, free cold water dispenser, dark room so you can have a good rest. 2 fans :D

We didn't like that our room was next to the kitchen, this was not mentioned in the booking description. Smell of food is unpleasant in the early morning after 7:30 AM. Since we stayed only a night, we didn't care that much. Closing the window in the early morning might be a solution, but it's very hot inside, so closing windows might cause you sit in a sauna haha :D

The lady was really helpful and always smiled. The room was comfy and AC was really good. The laudry service was very good and there is hot and cold water available all the time in the common w area

The drain in the bathroom was full of hair. We've spent 2 nights there and both were hard to sleep because the dogs right under our window were barking and howling. It might have been do loud also due to the fact that there was no glass in the window - only mosquito net and shutters

Property is just off the Main Street in Pakse, ideally situated from the bus station and restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Property was in good condition and typical for a cheap Lao guesthouse. The lady on reception spoke fantastic English, was very helpful and arranged transport to Pakse Airport for me for an extremely cheap price. For 215,000 Kip or $7 you can’t fault it.

Location , and staff so freindly , free hot and cold water in foyer , nice place to sit and enjoy a beer in the seating in front , and just felt like at home! Wifi great, shower awesome , room was pretty good ! I'll definitely go back ! Loved it..small reastuarant onsite to, I never ate there but prices looked good !

One small thing, lots of spiders and cobwebs on inside of my roof, a little to much to say it's acceptable but I got a broom from the lovely girl and cleaned it up! Not a biggy but guys look up when you clean ha ha !!! But like I say, I'd go back I loved it!

I liked that it decent WiFi. I managed 2 x 4hr zoom calls.

There was no glass in the window for me my room. This was only a problem when the dog nextdoor wouldn’t stop with the barking.

Simple but it was everything we needed. Very good price for what you get. The room doesn't have AC but we had a good night just with fun. They are very nice, always receiving you with a smile :) The breakfast was good, there was a free water refill, the room was clean, and we could leave our luggage there for two weeks while doing a loop. For sure we will repeat if we come back to Pakse.

Perfect - exactly as in the pictures. Clean and great value. The staff were friendly also.
