Super Small Micro-Treehouse in the centre

It's amazing how many facilities they managed to pack in such a small space! There is literally everything you would need and expect from any apartment - all the basic stuff like the fridge, microwave, shower cabin, toilet, comfy bed, TV, but also a lot of decorations, small lovely details and pictures and even several plants! The pub in front of the apartment was crowded, but the music was turned off at 10pm and people just kept chatting quietly for another hour and that was it (although we should mention that we were staying there on workdays - from Monday to Thursday, so we don't know how it is on weekends). The apartment was pretty clean and really comfortable, location is amazing, near the center but also in a quite zone by the river, bus station is at a one-minute walk so it's well connected. Everything was perfect, it was a wonderful stay! The best of wishes to everyone and we hope we'll come back here some time soon!

The only thing which is not that comfortable are the stairs, obviously ( : But even that is not really a problem, it is just a bit unusual, but at the same time makes it more interesting and brings the real experience of a tiny, cozy, clean and cute "tree house". The other thing we missed is an electric stove or anything that you could heat water on (the apartment does have a microwave, but we would have preferred a stove). But that also is not that big a deal, since you can get coffee at the pub right outside the apartment. And also, it should be pointed out that everything regarding both the stairs and the apartment facilities is clearly stated in the description so that was all expected, there were no unpleasant surprises.

Μικρό δωμάτιο και φασαρία αν και το έλεγαν απ την αρχή. Όμως ο ιδιοκτήτης άφαντος μας έστειλε λάθος κωδικό και τον ψάχναμε στο τηλέφωνο.Τους στέλναμε μήνυμα ότι ξέχασαν πλυντήριο ενεργό και μας ειπαν αφήστε το όπως είναι. Στο τέλος τους στείλαμε ότι φεύγουμε και ακομα 10 ώρες μετα δεν εχουν απαντήσει καν. Πετσέτες δεν ειχε προσώπου,απο μια σώματος για 5 ημέρες. Εξαερισμό στο μπάνιο ενα με το δίπλα μαγαζι και μύριζε όλο το σπίτι.

This place had a nice charm to it. It was cosy and very clean with a comfortable bed. I feel like some of these reviews are quite unfair. Yes the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom are quite steep (almost like ladders) but that's the charm of it. They do make that very clear in not only the description but even the messages after booking so if it's not for you don't book. It is a treehouse after all. Also there is a restaurant right outside but the music isn't really that loud and is turned off around 10pm. They even have free earplugs in the room.

It's quirky and different. The bed was very comfy and the location is great.

It's right next to a pub that plays music, so it's a bit noisy until 22.00 when they stop the music. The kitchennete equipment is limited, there was no kettle available for example. The check in time is a bit late at 16.00.

Quirky and nice tiny apartment. Close to the Old Town.

Not a problem for me, but the stairs up to the bed loft and down to the bathroom are very steep, so be warned!

Great location with a lovely bar next door. If you don't plan on spending much time on your accommodation it is perfectly comfortable. Getting in and checking out was smooth and easy. The host was reachable via message, which was comforting if we would have needed anything.

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the offer. If you read the accommodation conditions, you will not be surprised on the spot. We knew what we were getting into and the accommodation was exactly as promised. Check-in and check-out were completely without any problems. The check-out time was also convenient. If you don't mind steeper stairs and you are more of a sporty type, why not. Everything is close to the accommodation.
