CZFantastic, even luxurious, apartment 5 minutes from nice small beach. Jessica was super nice, providing us with many tips, the apartment was clean with all of the neccessities, pool was amazing. Also not very far is a tiny supermarket and restaurant at the beach. We can only recommend!
There is nothing in particular, I think it may be a bit challenging for older people to get to the pool since there are no stairs and you have to get there through the smaller one, but for us it wasn’t an obstacle.

HUAz apartman kiváló elhelyzkedésű csendes helyen található, nagyon közel a Lido di San Lorenzohoz, 10 perc autóútra Marzamemihez és Pachinohoz, de Noto is 20-25 perc alatt elérhető. A létesítmény új, jól felszerelt, remek medencével, jó parkolási lehetőséggel. Az apartmanban hűtőszekrény, kávéfőző, jól felszerelt konyha, mosógép, vasaló, TV, légkondicionáló és WiFi van. A szállásadó Jessica rendkívül kedves, segítőkész hölgy, mindig elérhető, bármilyen kérés, probléma esetén gyorsan intézkedik. Mindenképpen ajánlható. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla, molto vicino al Lido di San Lorenzo, a 10 minuti di auto da Marzamemi e Pachino, ma Noto è raggiungibile in 20-25 minuti. La struttura è nuova, ben attrezzata, con una splendida piscina e un comodo parcheggio. L'appartamento è dotato di frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, cucina ben attrezzata, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, TV, aria condizionata e WiFi. Host Jessica è una persona estremamente simpatica, gentile e sempre disponibile e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta o problema. La struttura è assolutamente consigliata.
A 9 éjszakás ottartózkodásba esetleg beleférhetett volna egy takarítás és egy törölközőcsere. A fürdőszobában pedig jól jött volna 1-2 ruhaakasztó, fogas és piperepolc. Nekünk egy kicsit hangos volt kora reggel a kakasok kukorékolása a közelben. :) Durante il soggiorno di 9 notti sarebbe stato opportuno effettuare una pulizia e un cambio degli asciugamani. E in bagno avremmo potuto aggiungere 1-2 ganci da bagno e forse una mensola per il trucco. Per noi era un po' rumoroso sentire il canto dei galli nelle vicinanze la mattina presto. :)

ITITStruttura nuova, pulita e con tutti comfort. Piscina molto bella. Host simpatica e super disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Mare stupendo e a pochi km di distanza dai principali luoghi di attrazione.
Non trovo lati negativi.
USThe pool was amazing, air conditioning was the best we have had in Sicily. We loved the coffee and the hostess was beyond kind and accommodating. She gave us a list of restaurants and let us check in early.
That we couldn’t stay longer- it was wonderful!
DEGepflegte Anlage und geschlossen für sich mit Auto fand ich super .Schöner Pool mit Aussenduschen, Wohnung sauber neu und freundlich. Jessica die Vermieterin immer erreichbar. Versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei mir waren die Kissen sauber und schön aber leider viel zu dick. Umgehend hat sie neue Kissen gebracht. Immer bemüht und sehr nett.
Ein paar Gläser wären gut gewesen und vielleicht die oberen Balkone mit Sonnenschutz. Der Schirm alleine bei Hitze reicht nicht aus um auf dem Balkon tagsüber zu verweilen.
