my experience at this hotel was not very good. The curtains in the room were dirty, and the toilet was clogged and had a strong unpleasant smell. In the morning the elevator was locked with a key. I stayed on the 4th floor and had to walk down the stairs twice. Normally this would not be a big problem, but I had twisted my ankle, and carrying my luggage downstairs was very difficult. There was no one at the reception when I came down. Later a staff member arrived and opened the elevator with a key, but I did not receive a clear explanation why it had been locked. I travel a lot and have never seen an elevator in a hotel locked in the morning when guests need to check out. Overall, the building and renovation look very old, and my stay here was disappointing.
