What I liked about the property, decent sized room, which was clean. Good sized balcony with allowance to smoke on balcony only. Close to the chiang mai square. Also when I was there, I went to sticky waterfalls, the meeting point for the tourist company was only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Very good value too. Hotel does not have laundry service, but there is coin operated washing machine on the same road. My first day was Sunday and they had the Chiang mai Sunday market, which was very close to the hotel, I could walk there.

Nothing really, however the lift does not work from 10pm until early into morning, this may be an issue if you cannot climb stairs.

Gute Lage Sauberes, großes Zimmer Wäscherei ums Eck 711 5min fußläufig entfernt

Check-in ab 14uhr. Wir waren um 14:05 vor Ort und wurden gebeten Platz zu nehmen. Und wir haben gesessen, gesessen.. Keinerlei Information warum der Checkin so lange dauert. Ein einfaches "wir sind mit dem Aufräumen noch nicht fertig" hätte geholfen. Mit uns haben auch andere Reisende auf den Check-in gewartet. Erst auf unsere aktive Nachfrage, wurde die Reinigungskraft und nicht die Rezeptionistin tätig (über eine Stunde später). Anschließend waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich der Check-in Prozess war miserabel.

"Simple clean and comfortable"

We liked it very much. Great location, close to everything and yet quiet, simple but clean and comfortable room. It’s a no frill hotel and I loved about that. Also loved the balcony with view of the mountains. I would come back and stay again.
