"Comfortable stay but slightly pricey for what it was"

Beds were very comfortable and good air con unit. Staff were friendly and chatty

The room had a heavily damaged obstructed view of the sea so it wasn’t really a “sea view” room. Walls between rooms and the street were thin and noise carried easily, especially with cars etc

"Gods for a night when you arrive/depart Colombo"

Good location and easy check in process. The room was clean and nice sea view

The window was not tight, so when it rained a lot of water came in and there was a puddle in the room. The shower tap was also broken

The staff is really friendly and helpful; the room is super huge

Wifi is weak; the room is quite old and run-down - would have expected a bit more for that price

Not really 😕

When we booked the hotel, it's showing 4 stars, when we arrived, it's not right. We asked for a refund and emailed the Booking.com website, it's no answer!! We are always trusted you !
