Sea View Hotel

Clean toilet, good service

It's not what we expected. No sea view and bad windows, almost as if they weren't there, you can hear everything from the street so it's difficult to rest. A bit expensive for what it is.

I would like to express my concerns regarding the condition of this property, as I found it to be poorly maintained during my last visit. I had an unfortunate experience previously, and I have documented evidence related to this matter in my records. It was also disappointing to receive a different property than what I expected. I hope that these issues can be addressed to improve future experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The room was great, location close to everything. N8ce being opposite the ocean.

The Location, close to the sea with fantastic views, the staff is very friendly and helpful moreover personalized service really appreciated for extra caring, experience true hospitality. We enjoyed our stay more than expected. Enjoyed the tasty meals.

Nothing as such

Location is great as you are close to the best part of Colombo. Staff very friendly and helpful solving all our needs. The breakfast restaurant across the street(5m) is nice with a street/beach view.

We were on first floor and only window facing the water is busy with trafic, pedestrians and trains so we needed to have the blinds down to get privacy. I guess second floor is much better in that sense.

Staffs were good and knows English. They were helping.

Though I texted them for a sea view room, they confirmed me to give one. After reaching their hotel, they failed to provide a sea view room. In fact, they gave me a room on ground floor. They have no shoes for washroom. Costed me 28 dollar for a room like this.
