The house is in need of some updating issues. The bathroom shower stall is treacherous, it is a fiberglass stall and the floor is slippery even when wet let alone put soap or shampoo on one’s body. The floor became even more so. There is no grab bar on the interior of the shower only on the exterior that does not help. The floorhas to have nonslip strips. Because of the slipperiness we had a party Take a terrible fall. Fortunately nothing was broken. But had some awful bruises and skin tears. I Could also use a small emergency first aid kit. Bathroom could also use a command hook for hanging things on the back of the door. Kitchen could use a paring knife an emergency flashlight and perhaps an upgrade in utensils. Probably very cheap $15-$20 for a four piece set of stainless at Walmart Kmart target etc. would be a nice upgrade. Kitchen set is really cute but the table and chairs are very unsteady and also a hazard. Perhaps Jenny could look at safety in addition to attractiveness. But she is very pleasant and seem to be accommodating and open to our previous suggestions.
