The Small Guest House

The room was big, the AC and fan worked well. Was very clean. Within an easy walking distance from Koh touch pier (5 mins), and within 20ish mins easy walk to Long set beach. Close to restaurants, bars and taxis. Great value for money and WiFi worked very well. Host easy to contact whilst there.

It is slightly off the main road and not the best lit. The room wasn’t cleaned between days so got sandy and ran out of toilet paper, so be aware if you’re there for a longer time. Shower was only cold (but fine after a hot day on the beach).

Nice owners, isolated location but close to the beach and central area of koh toch. AC works, 2 comfy beds. Pretty expensive in comparison to other options in the area.

No hot water!! Directions for arriving the property aren’t clear and I got lost at night. Ants are everywhere, especially in the toilet/shower. Lights in the room don’t fully work so it was pretty dark inside. No cleaning service during the stay

We had a great stay here! We extended for a couple of days! The landlady was really sweet and helped us a lot! Especially when I got ill. Would recommend 10/10!

The property was in a perfect location a few minutes walk away from the pier, the beach and restaurants and bars!

Away from the main drag. Quiet área and pleasant. A short walk from the main area and beaches. Good air con and fan in room. Beds comfy. Room nice and clean..

One chair outside but room was for 2 people. Nowhere in room to put bags. Cold shower although not a big problem as was very hot. None of these were a major problem. I think a couple of chairs would be better.
