Had an amazing stay at this property. Location is in the middle of the city, easy to reach any location and city center. Staff were very helpful, especially Adham and Asad from reception are very friendly and professional. Rooms are big and room service is available 24/7 There is a high end resto-bar on the roof which is an addition to this place. Other famous local and international restaurants are nearby

We had already stayed at The Tower Hotel two days earlier and, before leaving, personally booked a triple room with the administrator for our return, clearly warning that we would arrive after 10 PM. When we arrived late at night after a long trip, the room was prepared for only two guests. After multiple requests, the staff finally prepared a third bed - only for us to discover it was broken. Another hour was wasted preparing a different room. After moving rooms, there was still no third blanket, the beds were not properly prepared, and we had to wait again for staff to fix everything. In total, almost 2.5 hours were wasted just trying to check into a pre-booked room. The next morning it turned out there was no hot water either, so we were unable to even take a shower before leaving the hotel. Complete disorganization, terrible service, and total indifference toward guests.
