Отдаленность от центра, завышенные цены в ресторане, плохая шумоизоляция входной двери (очень шумные соседи в коридорах)

Отель прекрасный — стильный, чистый, очень уютный. Расположен всего в 5 минутах от аэропорта, что невероятно удобно. Завтраки — выше всяких похвал: свежие, вкусные, с хорошим выбором. Персонал всегда приветливый, отзывчивый и готов помочь. Останавливаемся здесь каждый раз — проверенное место.

В этот раз, к сожалению, не работал климат-контроль. На улице была сильная жара, и в номере было душно и жарко. Но считаю, что это не должно испортить общее впечатление — с таким сталкиваемся впервые, обычно всё на высоте.

Breakfast and dinner was excellent 👍 The cheaf prepared us so delicious meal! Me and my husband loved the meals that prepared cheaf very much!

Cleaner forgot to put slippers and towels

The staff was very nice. The whole family was very happy with the hotel.

I didn't have hot water in my room, and they still deducted the whole price even though I stayed 6 hours.

Very high and hard below You can hear noise from people walking in the corridor So if you are light sleeper this is not your hotel

The staff were exceptionally good, Saiyid helped us with changing foreign currency. They gave us Box Breakfast on days when we had a early start. Toiletries were replenished every day. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful.

TV in neither room worked the entire 6 days stay. The first day the rooms were extremely hot but they fixed it by the time we got back, From day two the temperature in room was controllable to our liking. The security was not the best...people could easily get to your floor. Wish the Elevators had card access that limited guest to floors they stay and restaurant floors.

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions, very close to the airport. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will stay again once back in Tashkent.
