Booked a room for triple occupancy and it is spacious and clean. Staffs are hospitable and helpful. They will try their best to accommodate your requests. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Nice hotel, with amazing room and quality breakfast (if we consider the stander in Uzbekistan).

The price is a bit over rated in comparison with the service provided. The gym is so so.. only one bench and a set of dumbbell nothing else besides two tapis. But the main aspect abut what the must work in the care of guests.. our room suppose to be ready at 14.00 but at 18.00 still wasn’t because the previous receptionist didn’t notice our arrival, but still if a room is reserved, HAS TO BE READY AT THE TIME SCHEDULED. They offer us a 40% discount because we got the room at 19.00

New renovation, polite staff

There were a lot of Indian guests and it was very noisy day and night. It was uncomfortable during the nights with the loud talks in the rooms and in the corridor. It has a little to do with the property

the hotel is new, the facilities are new too. They have bidet! Breakfast spreads are nice too. Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. An enjoyable and Comfortable Stay.

the hotel has a restaurant, but we want to go out so we went to Sim Sim via taxi. The hotel staff did help us get the taxi. Unfortunately, on our way back, the Sim Sim staff said that there is no taxi for us. So we have to walk for 2.5 km. Although it is not the hotel fault, but we still have to walk around midnight to go back to the hotel by no choice ..
